I spent 16 years finding the answer — across several hundred companies, 16 countries, and industries from healthcare to manufacturing to payments, biotech, energy, and publishing. AI changed the urgency of that question. It didn't change the underlying physics.

My name is Lex Sisney. I work directly with expansion-stage CEOs who are serious about capturing the AI wave — not just chasing it.

I am the creator of Organizational Physics. It's built on a simple but powerful insight: true first principles cross boundaries. They hold across industries, technologies, and time periods.
